Your responsibilities
You will join our Client Operations team, and your work will be placed during normal business hours from Monday to Friday. There are no on-call duties and no night or weekend shifts, and we can provide you with an option to work from home. You can also expect to be involved and help on different projects.
Your tasks will include:
- Participation in the daily operations of incident, service and change request management in various environments, advanced problem troubleshooting
- Participation in projects and service development
- Application packaging and deployment
- MEM/MEMCM and related technologies (Server OS, database, additional tools) maintenance
- Managing client solutions using GPO or MEM Device Configuration Policies
- Setting up MEM Compliance Policies
- Managing MEM Conditional Access
- Working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization
- Automatization and optimization of processes
- Creating documentation for service operations
